Our farm fresh eggs are collected daily from clean nest boxes and free ranged chickens. Our birds forage on our entire ten acres, living real chicken lives. Our yolks are dark, rich and stand high - true signs of a quality egg.

SAFE HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS: To prevent illness from bacteria: keep eggs refrigerated, cook eggs until yolks are firm, and cook foods containing eggs thoroughly. The regulation also requires retail establishments to refrigerate shell eggs promptly when they are received and to store the eggs at 45° F (7.2° C) or cooler.
Unwashed eggs have a natural protective layer called "bloom" or cuticle. They will remain fresh on your countertop for about two weeks. Before using your egg, gently wash with warm water and rub gently. Your egg is now ready to use!
